1. Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of artworks, prints, and objects by the gallery Studio Cinquante via the website studio-cinquante.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC without reservation.

3. Products
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description on the site. Photographs are for indicative purposes only: color or brightness may vary slightly. Some works may show signs of wear, foxing, or small imperfections, which are specified in the product description. These characteristics are part of the work and do not constitute a defect.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in Euros. VAT not applicable, according to Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).The price paid by the customer is the net price. Payments are made by credit card or via the secure payment services offered by Shopify. Studio Cinquante reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but billing will be based on the rate indicated at the time of order validation.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Prints & Lithographs
To ensure the integrity of your artworks, all our prints and lithographs are shipped with the utmost care. Packaging:Systematic shipping in a reinforced rigid tube with protective silk paper to prevent any creasing or friction during transit.

Large Items & Furniture
For bulky pieces that cannot be shipped via standard postal networks, delivery is carried out by specialized carriers or via Cocolis. To guarantee the best rate for your location, please contact us via the contact form or at contact@studio-cinquante.com for a personalized quote before finalizing your purchase.
Ad Valorem Insurance: All our artwork shipments are insured for the full value of the work. In the event of loss or damage during transit, your purchase is fully protected. Customs: For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the work or object is only transferred to the buyer after full payment of the price.
7. Right of Withdrawal

Original Works: drawings, paintings, canvases → no right of withdrawal. This exclusion applies due to their unique nature and artistic value.

Limited Edition Prints, Lithographs, and Serigraphs: Prints, lithographs, or serigraphs signed and numbered by the artist are considered original works of art for the purposes of the right of withdrawal and are therefore not eligible for this right.

Standard Prints or Reproductions: Non-limited reproductions or prints benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is returned intact and in its original packaging, at the buyer's expense.

Design Objects and Small Furniture: In-stock design objects and small furniture benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided they are returned intact and in their original packaging, at the buyer's expense.
Studio Cinquante informs its customers transparently before order validation: all original works and signed limited editions are excluded from the right of withdrawal, while design objects and standard prints benefit from the legal right of withdrawal.
8. Refund and Return
Original works and limited editions cannot be returned except in the case of an actual defect noted upon delivery (transport damage or undisclosed shipping error). Any defect must be reported within 48 hours by email with photos. For eligible products (standard prints/objects), returns must be made within 14 days, intact, at the buyer's expense. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after inspection.
9. Intellectual Property
The purchase of a work does not grant any right of reproduction, exploitation, or commercialization. All rights remain the property of the artist or the gallery.
10. Resale Right (Droit de suite)
In accordance with the Intellectual Property Code, the resale of original works may be subject to the "resale right" (royalty due to the artist). The displayed price includes this fee where applicable. Studio Cinquante is not responsible for the payment of this royalty during any subsequent resale by the buyer.
11. Liability and Data Protection
Studio Cinquante shall not be held liable for indirect damages or delays due to force majeure. Your data is processed in accordance with GDPR for order management. Right of access and deletion via contact@studio-cinquante.com.
12. Applicable Law and Mediation
These GTC are governed by French law. Jurisdiction: Strasbourg. Mediation is available via the EU platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Legal Warranties
Products benefit from legal warranties (conformity and hidden defects). Note: these warranties do not cover signs of use or aesthetic imperfections related to the age of the work, provided they were mentioned or visible at the time of sale.
